The delivery time depends on the way of delivery chosen. For France, it varies between 2 and 7 business days, after receiving the payment. In non-working days are included Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and also days when road transport is forbidden. Theses delivery times are mentioned in the order’s confirmation sent by e-mail to the customer.
NEOLID Company commits itself to make every effort in order to deliver the ordered products in best delivery times. The average notified periods varies in function of the goods’ availability and keeps indicative. The delivery time is considered from the moment of the packages’ delivery to the post office.
The delivery is performed at the delivery address indicated by the customer. This one must be the residence address of the customer or any other person of his choice. In case of missing, the receiver is informed by notice of passage.
The information given by the customer when ordering commits himself: in case of error in the wording of the receiver’s address, NEOLID Company would not be held responsible for inability to deliver the product. Prospective delays can’t give any right of reimbursements.
The customer is expected to refuse the delivery if the goods are damaged, missing or if the package has been opened. In case of loss and damage, the customer must express written and detailed reservations on the waybill, when the carrier is present.
Then, the customer has to send a registered letter to the carrier, recalling the reservations, within the 3 days following the delivery. The goods that are accepted without any reservation by the receiver during the delivery and/or if no letter has been received within 3 days by the carrier, are deemed to be arrived in good conditions and in whole (number of products, matching order, etc). No claim would be supported by NEOLID Company and its responsibility would not be engaged.
